Currently, she heads her own consultancy working as a career coach at INSEAD and an executive coach in leadership transitions. As facilitator, she provides intercultural training and addresses clients’ business needs associated with working globally. She also delivers tailored development solutions for individuals, teams and organizations centered around topics such as leadership, organizational and commercial effectiveness and competence development in order to ensure optimal organizational performance to accomplish corporate strategic goals in multicultural settings. Agata holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, with focus on business psychology as well as life span development psychology. She is a certified Management Trainer and Coach.

Andrew is a passionate developer and leader of people, with 25 years of global leadership experience based in Asia. He started his career in the UK and continued in the Middle East in the 1990s in HR & Technology Consulting and Leadership roles. Andrew moved to Singapore and Deutsche Bank in 1998, where he became Managing Director in the Human Resources, Technology and Operations Global Functions. Since 2012 Andrew is an independent Executive Coach. He is also a Teacher and Career Counsellor at Singapore Management University and INSEAD on their Masters programs. Andrew trained in Coaching at Ashridge Business School and holds the INSEAD Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change.
Bryan is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants Singapore. After working and gaining valuable experience with Deloitte in Public Practice in Perth, Western Australia, he moved into a Commercial Environment. Over a 15-year period he has held Executive Finance roles with increasing responsibility in divisions of multi-nationals in Australia, Singapore, Indonesia and across South-East Asia. For the past 4 years, he has run his own Consultancy based in Singapore and is now a Director and Co-Founder of Telok Partners – a bespoke Management Consultancy focusing on solving the business challenges of clients in the region. With offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, it is well placed to advise on the challenges of business in an Asian environment. In addition, he provides CFO services on a part-time or Consultancy basis for companies looking to leverage the skills of an experienced and trusted Finance Executive without the need or commitment for a full-time position. Bryan is also a Member of the Board of Directors and the Director of Finance for The Guide Dogs Association for the Blind Singapore.
Jesper has a B.Sc. in Manufacturing and Management from the University of Southern Denmark. He has 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Process Optimization in international environments in Europe, Asia and America, across multiple industries. Jesper is the owner of Supply Chain consultancy company SVENNINGSEN SOLUTIONS and co-owner of Executive Global Network Thailand. In 2015 he became a Permanent Resident of Singapore after working and being actively engaged in the local community in Singapore for 3 years. Jesper especially enjoys to work with or in a data and performance driven and international oriented company. Currently he is residing in the Philippines and before being Co-manager of EGN Thailand he worked as Country Manager for Tema Design – establish in August 2015. Tema Design has approx. 130 employees and – while Jesper was a part of the company – with a plan to increase to beyond 500 within 2018. At Tema Design Jesper managed everything but Sales and Finance.

He has also held positions with Enron and BellSouth and co-founded several companies in the technology and internet services space. Daryl holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and has attended Executive Education in Business Administration at Harvard Business School.

He is the owner of CINI Danmark and co-founder of Skandinavian Solar in Philippines and has a proven track record in building a strong diverse organization by developing local & diverse leaders in merging and developed markets. Michael enjoys leading change and transforming organizations, building a shared vision and collaboratively working with a strong leadership to developing lasting business relationships. Currently he is residing in Singapore having the regional logistics responsibility in India and ASEAN for a Fortune 100 company.
